Returns
Returns Policy
Whilst we endeavour to make sure that you are happy with everything you purchase from Jumbo Pets, we do understand that sometimes you might not be 100% satisfied. In these instances, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
- You contact us and return the product within 30 days of purchasing it from us.
- The products are returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with all instruction/owner manuals, warranty card and any other accessories, remote control and/or power cords that came with the product.
- A full refund, not including shipping costs, will be issued to you. It will be processed by us within 48hrs of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that Jumbo Pets reserves the right to:
- Assess the product upon return prior to carrying out refund or exchange; and/or
- Refer the product to the manufacturer of the goods for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a refund or exchange;
Return Procedure
Please contact Jumbo Pets via email (sales@jumbopets.com) to request your return.
When returning your product, please pack it securely to protect it from any damage during shipping to ensure it is delivered to us in an acceptable condition.
What if the product is damaged when I receive it?
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please let us know within 24hrs of receiving the product. Please email photos of the damaged item to sales@jumbopets.com, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Product/Manufacturer Money back guarantee.
Often premium products come with Money back guarantee offers. If you need to request a refund/return/claim on products please email us directly with your batch, expiry and overall photo of the product for our team to begin a claim with the manufacturer. On some occasions you will be required to ship the product back to us depending on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer so do not dispose of the product until your claim is finalised.
